Payments

We accept  Visa and  Mastercard.  We also accept checks and money orders, however items will not be shipped until funds have cleared.  

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  Most items ship within 7 business days.  Other shipping options are available upon request.  If you choose, gift items can be shipped directly to recipient with gift tag attached.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If there is any defect in the merchandise I will gladly replace or refund your money.  However, embroidered items are only returnable if there is a defect in the merchandise. We cannot be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.  All returns must arrive back to us within 10 business days from date of purchase.
